Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari

The Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut, also known as the Djeser-Djeseru (Ancient Egyptian: ḏsr ḏsrw "Holy of Holies"), is a mortuary temple of Ancient Egypt located in Upper Egypt. Built for the Eighteenth Dynasty pharaoh Hatshepsut, who died in 1458 BC, the temple is located beneath the cliffs at Deir el-Bahari on the west bank of the Nile near the Valley of the Kings. This mortuary temple is dedicated to Amun and Hatshepsut and is situated next to the mortuary temple of Mentuhotep II, which served both as an inspiration and, later, a quarry. Luxor Temple

The Luxor Temple (Arabic: معبد الاقصر) is a large Ancient Egyptian temple complex located on the east bank of the Nile River in the city today known as Luxor (ancient Thebes) and was constructed approximately 1400 BCE. In the Egyptian language it is known as ipet resyt, "the southern sanctuary". In Luxor there are several great temples on the east and west banks. Four of the major mortuary temples visited by early travelers include the Temple of Seti I at Gurnah, the Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahri, the Temple of Ramesses II (i.e., Ramesseum), and the Temple of Ramesses III at Medinet Habu. Temple of Karnak

The Karnak Temple Complex, commonly known as Karnak (/ˈkɑːr.næk/,[1] from Arabic Khurnak meaning "fortified village"), comprises a vast mix of decayed temples, chapels, pylons, and other buildings near Luxor, in Egypt. Construction at the complex began during the reign of Senusret I in the Middle Kingdom (around 2000–1700 BC) and continued into the Ptolemaic period (305–30 BC), although most of the extant buildings date from the New Kingdom. The area around Karnak was the ancient Egyptian Ipet-isut ("The Most Selected of Places") and the main place of worship of the Eighteenth Dynasty Theban Triad with the god Amun as its head. It is part of the monumental city of Thebes. The Karnak complex gives its name to the nearby, and partly surrounded, modern village of El-Karnak, 2.5 kilometres (1.6 miles) north of Luxor.

This was the most amazing experience. Our guide Mohammed Adel was the absolute best. He knew everything about Karnak, Luxor, Valley of the Kings. We got in-depth information on the history of all the sites and he really explained everything we needed to know at each site. What was awesome was that we didn't feel rushed. We truly explored every corner of each site. This was the experience of a lifetime. Our driver Omar was fantastic as well. Its a full day getting picked up at 4am from out hotel and getting back to Cairo close to midnight. So it was great that Omar was waiting to greet us at the airport to take us back to the hotel.
This tour was the highlight of our trip to Egypt and I would tell everyone you Must visit Luxor and ask for Mohammed.

The tour was definitely one of the highlights of my trip. My guide Shereen made me feel very welcome and her knowledge of each location was wonderfully informative. The driver Shade navigated each location in comfort. I would recommend this tour and Luxor in general, beautiful city.

Luxor day trip from Cairo

After spending some time touring Cairo it was very nice to visit Luxor. It's a different pace. Calm and soothing. Beautiful landscapes. Literally overflowing in ancient egyptian archeological treasures everywhere you look. You need a guide and Emo tours was seamless. My hotel pick and drop off by Habdi was perfect.... a wonderful and courteous young man...to my pick up at Luxor airport by my driver Abdo and the best guide I have ever had Abdullah. We had an incredible day together. It is impossible to cover even just 1 of the sites we visited in a day but we covered 4 sites and even took a ride on the Nile. Without his extensive knowledge of history and how to navigate the sites I could never have experienced what I did. I cannot recommend them enough.

Shareen was fabulous. She showed us everything and took care of us. we stopped to eat at a fabulous restaurant after valley of the kings. I would highly recommend this tour.

I asked several time about how much time do we have to see each place, and if I had free time on each of them, he never answer those questions, he just asked if I want more pictures.
So we finished Karnak and Luxor temples really fast because of that, he was also moving and talking and I had to go quickly to catch him and had practically no time to admire the places. Then I started to think that we wanted to finish really quickly, a pity.
When we were finishing the tour I just told him that we finished first places quickly and he got angry, said the was my fault and behaved rude, so I decided to dont give him a tip, in the moment when he leaved the car he said something in Arabic and the driver laughed, I am really sure that he said something bad about me, and that is a SHAME!!
Later I talked with the driver (nice guy) and he behaved kindly to me (gave him a tip)
