What To Expect

Pyramids of Giza

Pick Up from the Requested Location by GEM Explore Egyptologist to start your Journey across Cairo heading to the Great Pyramids of Giza where you will enjoy The pyramid of King Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos. Then, the tour will continue by vising the Valley Temple of Khafre, where is located the reception of the royal body of Khafre. The Valley Temple was built for the process of mummification of King Khafre. Finally, you will have a close-up look of the Great Sphinx, the guardian of the Pyramids with a body of a lion and the head of King Khafre. (please note that entering the pyramids from inside requires a special ticket, the guide will be happy to assist).

Great Pyramid of Cheops (Khufu)

Khufu's pyramid is the only wonder of the ancient seven wonders still remains and standing today!! the highest building on earth for more than 3800 Years, the complex consists of a valley temple, now buried beneath the village of Nazlet el-Samman; diabase paving and nummulitic limestone walls have been found but the site has not been excavated yet, with your advanced Egyptologist you will be able to explore the entire area.(Please note that entering the great pyramid from inside requires special ticket, guide will be happy to assist)

The best way to see the pyramids!

This half day tour was everything we needed when visiting the pyramids! Maged is very professional, polite and an excellent guide. He organized everything with less than a day of notice, and all worked out great! He is also an excellent photographer, and the tour was adapted to all our needs and requests.

We were picked up in a car with AC, very comfortable, and were provided cold water. When getting tickets he even gave us advice on which pyramids to visit or not. Inside the venue, he took us to the important spots, including the panorama, the pyramids, the sphynx and some tombs, and gave us explanations of the history, while taking great pictures! Afterwards, we were driven back to the hotel. The same driver stayed with us all the time, which really helped to alleviate the heat in-between places.

We fully recommend the tour and Maged as a guide. It was a stress-free experience and it was clear how knowledgeable he was about the history of the pyramids and ancient Egypt.

Did you know the pyramids was made out of limestone?yup its not sand or rocks ! If you book this tour you will definitely learn more about the pyramids and their mysteries !

My experience:
I texted him pretty late and he answered right away and was already giving me all the information that I needed to know. Furthermore, he was right on time for pick up, he’s patient (we had so many questions), knowledgeable and SUPER nice ! We also stopped for souvenirs. Even if it was a hot day, he made sure we stayed hydrated (thank you). For the price and this 5* tour you wont be disappointed!!!!
