Ahmed Mido picked us up from the Winter Palace in Luxor and drove us down to Aswan safely and soundly. Ahmed is a competent and good driver, the vehicle was spacious, well air-conditioned, comfortable, and stocked with amenities, and we reached Aswan in under four hours. Along the way, he pointed our certain interesting sights, but also was respectful and allowed us to sleep (as we had an early morning!).
After dropping us in Aswan, Ahmed returned to Luxor and noticed that we had left behind our Apple watch in the car. Ahmed notified management, and they arranged to return the watch to me all the way back in Cairo with no expectation of compensation for this service.
I can't begin to say enough nice things about this company - Ahmed personally reached out to make sure we got the watch back, management kept me updated about arranging for a driver to return our lost item, and the driver who delivered the watch back to me in Cairo worked with me to find a good time for delivery.
I would not hesitate to use this team again the next time I am in Egypt, and recommend this company highly to anyone thinking about transport in Egypt!
