What To Expect

Saqqara (Sakkara) Pyramids
Start at 8:00 am from your hotel in Cairo or the Giza Guide to start your one-day tour of the Pyramid of Saqqara, located just 27 km southwest of Cairo. The Step Step Button (designed for King Zoser) is an important part of the evolution of the pyramid, which was manufactured from the simple to the widely known form. Then visit the pyramids of Dahshur (Pyramids of Bent and Red). Dahshour is a royal cemetery located in the desert on the west bank of the Nile River about 40 km (25 miles) south of Cairo. It is mainly known for many pyramids, two of which are among the oldest, largest and best in Egypt, which was built from 2613 to 2589 BC. Then visit Memphis, the ancient capital of Egypt, where there is a huge statue of Ramses II and the great Abboster of the Sphinx. The city dates back to 3100 BC. At the end of the tour around 13:00, you will be transferred to your hotel

Great day trip!

We booked this tour through Viator and chose the guide, entry and lunch option. Was contacted via What’s Up before tour for confirmation. Guide was very knowledgeable during the tour and loved taking photos of us too. Lunch was delicious and we could choose whether to go to other shop options afterwards. Great choice of tour to see the old pyramids.
Well organised tour

Tour guide was very friendly and talked us through the history of the older pyramids. We received snacks and water and generally had a great time learning about the precursors to the Pyramids of Giza.
Magnífica excursión

Tour increíble, una gran experiencia, con todos los detalles que nos contado nuestro guía Osamma (perfecto español), y Ali un excelente conductor.
